No classes on Wednesday 5th August

Due to maintenance works at The Costessey Centre, we are unable to have our usual booking this Wednesday. As such, no classes will be running that evening.  

Our Thursday and Friday classes will be running as normal in St Catherines this week, so please do join us at one of these.
